1The empty barrels get into the machine by transmission chain automatically. After two times inspection by count sensor, the barrels will be blocked by blocking cylinder. At the same time, rear de-cap cylinder down to cover the cap; rear cap grabbing cylinder up to grab cap. Then the de-cap cylinder reset to de-cap the cap.
2.After several seconds, the two de-cap cylinders reset, then cap grabbing cylinder down to release caps. Meanwhile, the cap blowing electromagnetic valve starts to blow caps. The barrels that have no cap get out of the de-cap machine automatically. After two times inspection by count sensor, de-cap and blocking cylinder reset.
3After inside and outside brushing, the empty barrels get into the automatic feeding system.
4When the number of barrels reaches 4, the blocking cylinder will stop the barrels
5rear barrel pushing cylinder reset after pushing barrels on barrel turning shelf
6rear barrel reversing cylinder turn barrels to flat and be ready to get in.
7 The rear barrel pushing cylinder push barrels into barrel washing base then reset.
8 Barrel washing spindle works, then barrels moves a working position to be inverted by the action of conveyor chain
