QGF series barrelled mineral water production line
This filling line specially produce 5 gallons barreled drinking water,those type(barrels/hour)are:100 type,200 type,300 type,450 type ,600 type,900 type,1200 type.It integrates bottle washer,filler and sealer into one unit .In order to achieve the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer,washing solution can be used circulary.The sealer can seal barrel caps automatically.This line equips with water spraying device to sterilize caps of bottles in order to ensure those caps are aseptic and healthy,also this line can automatically carry out barrel feeding,washing,sterilizing,filling capping,counting and producting discharge.It is new kind of barreled water auto-producing line,Which integrates mechanism,elecricity and pneumatics technologies together.

3) How can I know the machinery quality before I order?
A: Frist, we will invite you visiting our factory to check the machines quality, and show the machines running for you in our factory.
4)What certificates you can provide?
A: Our factory provide the CE, ISO, and accroding to some countries, we also can provide the Pvoc, Coc, Soncap...ect
5)Can your factory make the bottle drawing, workshop layout, and labels for us?
A: We can help customers design their own bottle shape, workshop layout and label drawings, these jobs are free charge.(Workshop need customer to provide the size of factory)
