The series equipments is production of polyester bottles of all kinds of carbonated drinks. In one machine bottle, filling and capping. Such as: no bottle no filling, ChongQi or filling bottle filling valve will shut down automatically, and has the advanced control technologies such as automatic flushing. Using TuoPing cylinder, oil nylon gear transmission, low noise, stable running machine. Using magnetic torque type screw LIDS, implement catch cover, screw cap function. Screw cap torque stepless adjustable, with functions of constant torque rotary sealing plastic cover, and does not cover, reliable sealing tight. Horizontal rotary pneumatic GaiQi, with no damage to surface of bottle caps, hopper in the lack of cover signal automatically add cover, and other functions. The whole machine adopts PLC computer program control and human-machine interface touch screen button.
