4>Installation:
1. Raw water pump-provide the pressure to silica sandfilter/active carbon filter
2. Silica sand filter-get rid of turbidity, suspended mater, organic matter, colloid and so on.
3. Active carbon filter-remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on.
4. Micron filter-prevent any deposition of large Particles, most of the bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, the accuracy is 5 um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.
5. High pressure pump-provide the high pressure to RO membrane(at least 2.0Mpa)

The conductivity of pure waterless than 10us/cm(25°C),and total dissolved solids less than 3mg/L, to achieve the required physical and chemical indicators and health standards, is the best water for human drinking .because of this reverse osmosis tech is the most advanced in the wourld,the purity can almost gets to 100%,so people call this pure water.
Application
According to many statistics ,There has built and been building more than 100T/h reverse osmosis system over 50 sets in china, except few of O.S.for electronic fields ,most of them focusing on boiler water make up. Earlier this system uses in thermal power plant, then expanding in refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer and chemistry. the biggest model is 600T/h, it will be appearing model 1000T/H-the most big reverse osmosis system. In water treatment field ,china has already accumulated Abundant experience in designing, strutting and running debugging .until this year, our company have already successfully accomplished more than ten users ,which treatment capacity over 100T/H.
