5 Gallon Water Filling Machine

QGF-900 automatic filling machine is our company introduced German company's advanced technology and process, through technical improvement and production of automatic filling production line, is one of the world's most advanced water filling equipment. The machine body is all made of 304 stainless steel material, other parts are also made of non-toxic and durable series materials, electrical and pneumatic systems are made of imported components. Such as: Japan's  PLC, inverter, France contactor, Taiwan pneumatic components. Therefore, the failure rate of the equipment is low and the reliability is high.

 

Details Of Machines

Washing Unit

1.In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing, bottle washer adopts multiple liquid injections washing and disinfectant spray, and washing solution can be used circularly.
2.There are five or seven flushing process: First, second steps are disinfectant, the third step: drip dry, four step: recycling
water inside and outside rinsing, five step: pure water and drip dry.

Filling Unit

1. Uploading and dropping barrels changed from 45 degree to translatory which is more stable.
2. Nozzle can insert into 10-15cm of the barrel in order to rinse little impurities down. Rinsing pump is separately controlled by
different magnetic valves. Pump only work when there is barrel on that. It can avoid the mixture of different cleaning fluid.

Capping Unit

1. Liquid level difference is controlled in 1cm.
2. Machine is equipped with Cap Sterilization system, which is 1.2m. The system make products more clean and safe by using sterilization and finished water.
3. Customers can choose to equip ABB/SEW motor, water pump, pneumatic component.

Automatic barrel outer brushing machine specially work with 5 Gallon barreled water producing line. It is used for reducing the
settling caused by the mineral water itself and some algae substances in the process of mineral water producing. The machine is made of excellent stainless steel with the advantage of easily-rinsing and corruption-resistance. The main electrical elements adopt the products with brands of SIEMENS and OMRON. Pneumatic elements adopt the products with brand of AIRTAC.

Automatic Bagging Machine

It is mainly a new equipment designed for the company to automatically coat the finished water in the 5 gallon drum production line and keep the drum clean. The drum in and out of the machine without personnel operation can complete the automatic coat, saving 1-2 labor, and effectively improve the efficiency of the whole production line.

Barreled Water Palletizer

New CNC five gallon bucket water automatic palleting equipment and through continuous improvement and innovation, so that the equipment to achieve a higher cost performance, the equipment covers an area of less, low operating costs, per hour can be 1500 barrels of five gallon bucket water bottles stacked into one to three layers (each layer 4*4=16 barrels or 4*5=20 barrels or customized), in order to facilitate transportation and storage.
