          Auto Sleeve Shrink Label Machine adopts advanced tech to apply and heat-shrink labels on PET bottles; compact, modular structure fits various lines, with motorized height adjustment and precise cutter head. 
          Double Head Auto Shrink Sleeve Label Machine uses stainless steel/aluminum alloy frame, Japan ANCHUAN servo & Mitsubishi PLC, tool-free adjustment, supports round/square bottles (5′–10′ film rolls), with label cut inspection and quick blade change for high precision and stability.

Bottle-separating Screw

High-quality positioning accuracy

         This component is used to separate bottles at equal intervals and feed them into the bottle grouping station.

         Label roll cut inspection ensures low error.
         Special blade design with freely replaceable blade base enables quick and convenient blade changes.
         The bottle-separating screw, orientation belt and conveyor are adjusted synchronously.
         Adopts Japan-made ANCHUAN servo motor and sensitive photoelectric sensors to ensure label cutting precision.
         Fully mechanical transmission design with forced sleeve labeling; applicable to all film materials ≥0.030 mm thickness, with film inner diameter adjustable in the range of 5′–10′.

      This setup effectively removes turbidity, organic matter, iron, manganese, and oxides, while filtering out suspended solids, colloids, residual oxygen, microorganisms, and partial heavy metal ions.
