Automatic Bottle Unscrambler Machine

Bottle sorting machine is to disperse plastic bottles in messy situations and regularly stand bottles neatly arranged on the conveyor belt, in order to meet the requirements of high automation. The function of bottle sorting machine is to sort the disorderly stacked beverage bottles, and make them arranged on the conveyor belt in order and direction, high-speed and efficient transfer to other machinery for the next process (such as filling, labeling, packing, etc.), in order to improve the production efficiency of the whole production line.

Working Flow
1. Firstly, pour the bottle into the elevator bucket manually; 2. The elevator sends the bottle to the sorting warehouse of the bottle sorting machine; 3. The bottles are put into the bin of the bottle sorting machine for sorting. When sorting, the bottles are inverted and straightened by the bottle turning mechanism, while the bottles are not inverted and directly passed through the bottle turning mechanism.
