Juice production process

(1) Material selection: Soft fruits with higher maturity should be selected as juice materials, and fermentation deterioration and unripe fruits should be eliminated.
(2) Washing: The cleaning of the material before juicing is a tight method to reduce pollution, and more attention should be paid when juicing with skin. Therefore, the sand and impurities on the peel must be washed with active water. Rinse with solution when needed, then rinse with clean water.

(6) Homogenization: The filtered juice is homogenized by the homogenizer, which can further break the fine pulp and maintain the average turbidity of the juice. Homogenizer pressure is 1012 mpa.
(7) Sterilization and cooling: high temperature sterilization and other methods are accepted for sterilization of concentrated juice, and the sterilization formula is 5 '~10' / 110 ° C, and then it is rapidly cooled to below 40 ° C.
(8) Filling and sealing: heat the juice, fill it under the condition that the juice temperature is not less than 80ºC, and seal it quickly.
