Automatic Bottle Unscrambler Machine

           The bottle unscrambler disperses messy plastic bottles and arranges them upright and orderly on the conveyor belt to meet high automation requirements. It sorts disorderly stacked beverage bottles, aligns them in the correct direction on the conveyor belt, and transfers them at high speed and efficiency to other machines for subsequent processes (such as filling, labeling, packing, etc.), thereby improving the overall production line efficiency.
Working Flow
           1.Manually pour bottles into the elevator hopper.
           2.The elevator conveys bottles to the sorting bin of the unscrambler.
           3.Bottles enter the sorting bin for sorting: inverted bottles are straightened by the bottle-turning mechanism, while upright bottles pass through directly.
