Automatic Empty Bottle Air Conveyor System is fast and precise equipment, controlling the empty PET bottles driven by air pressure, regularly along the preliminary orbit to the destination.
Main Mechanical Features
1) Except support arm etc. which are made of plastic or nylon material, other parts are made of SUS AISI304.
2) Air blower is settled with primary air filter to prevent the dust coming into the bottle. The filter is higher than G4,adopted with multilayer filter screen: the outer layer is non-woven fabrics filter screen; the inner layer is 304
stainless steel screens, mobile type and separate replacement.
3) The blast regulator guarantees stable bottle transmitting. The noise of the working fan≤70 db
(one meter away)
4) The guardrail is supra polymer wear rib to prevent the damage while carrying bottles.
5) The access hole facilitates to overhaul and wash the machine.
