XGF series Bottled water filling machine production line is used to transfer mineral water or purified water from
200ml to 2000ml. Different models can meet various production requirements from 2000BPH to 24000BPH. This machine integrates three major functions: washing, filling, and capping, with full process automation. It is suitable for filling mineral water and pure water in PET bottles and plastic bottles. The filling method adopts gravity or micro pressure filling, making the speed faster and more stable. Therefore, under the same model, our machine output is higher and more efficient. This machine adopts advanced Mitsubishi Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to control the automatic operation of the machine, which is more stable and reliable in combination with the inverter. Photoelectric sensors detect the operating status of all components, with a high degree of automation and simple operation.
