Bottle Washing Machine Features

           This machine uses powerful mechanical clamping jaws with 304 stainless steel precision cast parts, stable and reliable. Each jaw is inlaid with PTFE and synthetic rubber for easier bottle clamping. It adopts variable frequency speed regulation with electric height adjustment for bottle change, plus overload protection for bottle entry/exit for safe operation. Each gripper has a controlled water spray device (no bottle, no water) to save water. The reliable water diverter valve allows adjustable flushing/water control time ratio for clean rinsing, and can be set to 2–3 flushes for disinfectant or filling medium. Equipped with adjustable bottle feeding screw and high-pressure water pump for smooth bottle entry and sufficient rinsing pressure.
