Continuous Spray Water Pasteurization Tunnel

This Tunnel machine is designed and manufactured on the basis of imported sterilization machines. It is suitable for pasteurization of beer and beverages packed in plastic cups, PET bottles, metal two-piece cans and metal three-piece cans. This machine adopts chain drive mode, which has the characteristics of balanced upper and lower water and steam convection, fast recovery of condensate formed by sterilization, fast sterilization speed, and good effect.

Maintenance and lubrication

Most parts such as the chassis body are made of stainless steel, which can meet the requirements in general. However, due to the consideration of the cost and the mechanical properties of the material, in some important places, high-quality carbon steel is used to extend its service life, except for certain movable friction parts, all non-stainless steel parts are treated with anti-corrosion. When the machine needs to be shut down for a long period of time, the water in the water tank should be drained after shutting down, and the dirt in the tank should be flushed through the artificial hole. Add bearing grease and 40 engine oil and butter to the bearing and gearbox chain respectively.

Safe operation and key points

1. Before the steam is input, the tank should be filled with water (with the water overflowing from the overflow pipe as a degree), and before the water is discharged, the end of the suction pipe of each pump should be checked, and the pipeline must be kept unblocked. 2. Turn on the main motor after the temperature of the machine is close to or reach the specified temperature, but before turning on the main motor, check the entire drive chain and do not bring debris into the chain to run together. 3. After the work is finished, put the water in the sink and replace it with a new one in time. In winter, there should be no water in the sink when not working.

This product is mainly composed of cabinet, transmission system, heating system, pre-cooling system, cooling system,etc.
(1) Box body:The box body is mainly composed of three parts: a sterilization section, a pre-cooling section and a cooling section. The upper part of the box body is equipped with hot water, cooling water, spray pipes, etc., the middle is a conveyor chain, and the lower part has hot water, Two tanks of pre-cooling water and cooling water.
(2) Transmission system: The transmission system is composed of a can-in conveyor, a transmission chain, and a can-out conveyor. The in-can conveyor is driven by a plastic flat-top conveyor chain through a geared motor. After being fully loaded, it is squeezed into the transition plate to the transmission chain. The bottles are sterilized, pre-cooled and cooled and sent out through the can-out conveyor. Features of this machine: The inlet of the tank conveyor adopts a double-row parallel reciprocating tank feeding method, and the motors of each machine adopt stepless speed regulation motors to achieve the speed of each machine.
(3) Heating system: This machine is equipped with steam nozzles, thermocouples in the hot water tank, and steam enters the steam nozzle through the regulating valve. When the water temperature reaches the required value, the signal generated by the thermocouple of the water tank is controlled by the temperature controller to control the temperature of the hot water. The purpose of the hot water is added to the hot water spray pipe by the hot water pump to pasteurize the material.
(4) Pre-cooling system: This machine is equipped with steam nozzles, thermocouples in the pre-cooling water tank, and the steam enters the steam nozzles through the solenoid valve. When the water temperature reaches the requirements, the signal generated by the thermocouple of the water tank is controlled by the temperature controller to control the solenoid valve to control the water temperature. The purpose of pre-cooling water is added to the pre-cooling water spray pipe by the pre-cooling water pump to pre-cool the materials.
(5) Cooling system: The cooling water enters the water tank through the solenoid valve and then is added to the spray pipe through the cooling water pump to cool the material. When the water temperature in the water tank exceeds the required temperature of the cooling water, the temperature controller controls the solenoid valve to supplement the cooling water in time to make the water temperature of the cooling water tank. To meet the cooling requirements, the treated water enters the recovery tank through the water level pipe, and the water in the recovery tank can be recycled after cooling.
