The  water treatment facilities  is pre-treating the tap water in the raw water container and desalting in the anti-penetration system to get pure water. The pre-treatment device consists of mechanical filter, reactive carbon filter, natrium ion exchanger and precise filter. The core parts of the anti-penetration system has applied world famous water pump of "glanf" from Denmark and the anti-penetration RO films made by Haidenen Co.of U.S.A..The full set of film washing device is affiliated. The structure is simple, the operation is convenient, the technical level is high. This system is the most ideal drinkable water production facility in China.
      The  water treatment facilities contains multi-medium filter, active carbon filter, sodium-ion exchanger, precision filter, ozone generator, hollow fibre filter, RO system, etc, This system can be changed according to the customers request use for Mineral water production line,Purified water production line ,juice production line , carbonated beverage production line etc. The design is scientific and reasonable. Raw water tank and raw water pump

Raw water tank is used for storing raw water, used to precipitate large sediment particles and other sedimentable substances in the water. At the same time, the impact of unstable water pressure in the raw water pipe on the water treatment system is buffered. (Such as pressure sensor response caused by too low or too high water pressure)Raw water pump is used to stabilize the water supply pressure of the system and stabilize the water supply.

 

Silica sand filter + Active carbon filter + Sodium ion exchanger

Silica sand filter is a filter material that uses quartz sand as a filler. Conducive to removing impurities in the water. It also has the advantages of low filtration resistance, large specific surface area, strong acid and alkali resistance, and good pollution resistance.

Active carbon filter uses a nutshell activated carbon filter, which can not only adsorb electrolyte ions, but also perform ion exchange adsorption.
Sodium ion exchanger or softener is an ion exchanger used to remove calcium ions and magnesium ions from water to prepare softened water.

 

Reverse Osmosis System

The device's key part is reverse osmosis membranes that is from the America, it has a good performance to eliminate salts and the high pressure pump is from a high quality pump producer in China, it's easy to handle for its simple structure. The source water,in the case that the conductivity is less than 500us/CM, can reach the national standards totally after treatment by this device,it's the most ideal equipment for water treatment.
The RO membrane can effectively remove calcium, magnesium, bacteria, organic matter, inorganic matter, metal ions and radioactive substances in the water. The crystal clear, sweet and glycoly purified by this device.
