                                                                                                                                                                   Raw Water Tank & Feed Pump

· The Raw Water Tank serves as a buffer storage for incoming water, allowing large sediment particles and other settleable solids to precipitate. It also helps to dampen fluctuations in inlet water pressure, protecting downstream equipment from pressure spikes or drops.

· The Raw Water Feed Pump then provides a consistent and stable flow of water from the tank to the treatment system at the required pressure, ensuring optimal operating conditions for the entire plant.

 Multi-Stage Pretreatment Unit

· Sand Filter: Utilizes multi-layered quartz sand media to remove suspended solids, sediment, and large particulate impurities from water. It features low flow resistance, a large specific surface area, and excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and fouling.
· Activated Carbon Filter: Filled with high-quality coconut shell activated carbon. Its primary function is to adsorb residual chlorine, organic matter, colors, and odors from the water, protecting the downstream RO membranes and improving the final water taste.
· Water Softener (Sodium Ion Exchanger): Removes calcium and magnesium ions—which cause scaling—from the water through ion exchange resin, effectively softening the water. This prevents scale buildup on the RO membranes and system components, significantly extending their service life.

It effectively removes salts, hardness, bacteria, organic matter, and heavy metals from source water (typically <500 µS/cm), producing purified water that meets national drinking water standards. Designed for ease of use and maintenance, it consistently delivers clear, pure, and great-tasting water for your production needs.
