This semi-automatic bottle unscrambler is a compact and cost-effective sorting device designed for small-scale production of PET, plastic, and glass bottles. It is ideal for start-up factories, laboratory use, and low-output packaging lines, capable of manually feeding disordered bottles and automatically sorting them into an upright position with the mouth upward. Featuring a simple structure, easy operation, and small footprint, it provides a reliable solution for semi-automated bottle sorting needs.

Working Principle

Operators manually pour disordered bottles into the circular rotary hopper of the unscrambler. As the turntable rotates slowly, bottles are guided by internal paddles and edge positioning slots, gradually aligning into the correct orientation with the bottle mouth facing up.

Once sorted, the bottles are manually or semi-automatically transferred to the output conveyor, ready for the next filling or capping process. The machine is controlled by a simple electrical system with adjustable rotating speed, ensuring stable sorting performance even for inexperienced operators.
