This UHT (Ultra High Temperature) sterilizer is designed for continuous sterilization of liquid products at ultra-high temperatures (135-145°C) for a very short time (2-10 seconds). The process achieves commercial sterility, allowing products to be stored at ambient temperature for 6-12 months without refrigeration, while minimally affecting flavor, color, and nutritional value.

Working Principle

The product is heated rapidly to sterilization temperature (135-145°C) through direct or indirect heating methods, held at that temperature for a precisely controlled short time (2-10 seconds), then cooled rapidly to filling temperature. This "high temperature short time" process effectively kills all microorganisms while preserving product quality.
