This automatic bottle unscrambler is a high-efficiency sorting device specially designed for disordered PET/polyester bottles. It is widely used in mineral water, beverage and daily chemical packaging lines, which can automatically sort messy bottles into an upright position with the mouth upward and convey them to the next production process. Made of high-quality stainless steel, the whole machine features stable operation, low failure rate and strong compatibility, making it an ideal choice for automated production lines.

Working Principle

Disordered bottles are first fed into the bottle storage ring of the unscrambler via an elevator. Driven by the thrust of the rotating turntable, the bottles enter the bottle grid and position themselves automatically.

With the help of the bottle turning device and bottle shifting device, the bottles are sorted into an upright position with the mouth upward. Finally, the sorted bottles are conveyed to the next process through an air-driven bottle conveying system. The entire working process is automatically controlled by PLC programming, with adjustable speed via frequency conversion, and the machine can automatically screen out non-standard bottles.

Process: Raw spring water is boosted by a pump and then passes through a series of treatments, including a mechanical filter,  activated carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger,precision filter, and is finally purified by an RO system or hollow fiber ultrafiltration device.
