Q5L2 Linear PET Bottle Blowing Machine (Q Series)

           Eceng Q5L2 linear PET blowing machine is for max 5L bottles, applied to produce PET water bottles, hot filling bottles, carbonated drink bottles, edible oil bottles and pesticide bottles. Adopting servo motor-controlled stretch rod, it realizes sectional stretching: preform positioning first to ensure verticality, then secondary stretching for high uniformity. It features fast stretching speed, precise positioning and stable performance, also suitable for cosmetic bottles, large-diameter and high-temperature resistant bottles.

         This machine is equipped with a servo transmission system, featuring high positioning accuracy, fast speed, stable operation and high reliability. The gas circuit is divided into three parts for action and blowing to satisfy different pressure demands. It adopts high-pressure double crank arm link locking with strong clamping force. 
Infrared lamp heating ensures strong penetration, uniform and efficient heating via preform rotation and track revolution. The heating system is adjustable and equipped with automatic constant temperature control. 
The auto-loader features stable conveying, high efficiency, and pollution-free feeding, avoiding high-altitude operation and reducing labor intensity.
